This information is essential for me so that I can prepare your individual session specifically and tailor it to your needs.
Hypnosis sessions
As a rule, a first hypnosis session with me lasts between 60 and 90 minutes.
Hypnosis is – contrary to many assumptions – not just relaxation, but a state of highest concentration and inner work.
I also recommend:
- If possible, do not schedule important appointments immediately after the session.
- Come to the session as rested as possible – not overtired or exhausted – so that your subconscious can work optimally.
After booking your appointment, you will receive a medical history form from me via email. Please fill it out in advance and return it in a timely manner. This will allow me to tailor the session to your needs.
